Intention to Provide Food Service through the Summer Food Service Program
USD 443 Dodge City Schools plans to sponsor the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). This program is administered in Kansas by Child Nutrition & Wellness. Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE). SFSP regulations require that the local health department be notified of our intention in this regard and of the information listed below.
