  • Welcome to Dodge City Unified School District 443! 

    Our school district is proud to offer a comprehensive educational program for students from preschool through adults.   We serve a diverse and growing student population through a variety of educational programs and services from Special Education, to Advance Placement classes and concurrent enrollment courses with Dodge City Community College.  

    The school district provides preschool education to qualifying students at Bright Beginnings Early Childhood Education Center.   Students in Kindergarten through fifth grade are served at the school district’s nine elementary schools.  All-day Kindergarten is offered at each school.  Student in Grades 6 through 8 attend either Comanche Middle School or Dodge City Middle School.

    Dodge City High School serves nearly 1800 students in grades 9 through 12.  DCHS offers a comprehensive high school instructional program, including coursework identified for the Kansas Regent’s curriculum, a variety of Advanced Placement (AP) classes, and Career and Technical Education courses.  In addition to the regular high school program, USD 443 offers a variety of alternative educational services for both high school and adult learners.
