    Dodge City USD 443 is requesting bids for roof replacement at Northwest Elementary.

     

    The area of the roof replacement is approximately 42,000sf and includes the removal of the existing gravel and built up roofing in some areas and coated SBS roofing in other areas. In addition the existing insulation will be removed to the deck to the roof deck. The new roof system will be a 2ply SBS on tapered polyisocyanurate insulation with metal flashing and metal copings. Also included is the removal of old skylights and installation of new skylights .Miscellaneous installation of metal trim and filler panels are included in the work.     BID RECEIVING: Individual and combination Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Education, 1000 Second Avenue, Dodge City, Kansas in accordance with ‘Instructions to Bidders’ in the project manual until 10:00 am CT, Thursday February 23, 2017.

     

    Copies of the Bid Documents can be secured from the Architects either hard copy or electronic copy. No deposit is required. Documents are available for review on the Dodge City USD 443 website. Documents may be sent electronically by sending the request to tpmontgomery@glmv.com.
