Dear School Families,

Coming Soon – We are updating our VISITOR SAFE SYSTEM in our schools.  We are making this change to provide an extra layer of protection for our classrooms and to make it more convenient for our school families.

You will need a PHOTO ID (State Issued Driver License, Military Issued ID, Mexican Consulate Card, Passport ID Card) to get started:

Step up to the kiosk conveniently located in the entry area of your school

Scan your ID

Take your Photo – the kiosk camera will take your photo - once your information is screened, you will

Receive a Visitor Badge which includes your name, photo, and the date and time of your visit

Sign Out by scanning the barcode on your badge at the kiosk when you leave the building

Note:  Your privacy is very important to us – The Raptor system checks the visitor's name and date of birth for comparison with a national database of registered sex offenders.  The registered sex offender database is the only official database checked by the Raptor system.  No other data from the ID is gathered or recorded and the information is not shared with any outside agency.

Future Visits – Your admission into the school will be quick and easy.  Download Raptor Safe app for single scan.

Pre-scan your ID, ad use a QR code passport to check-in/check-out at the visitor kiosk. Raptor has a website resource page with links to download the app. Using the app streamlines the check-in process to a single scan and uses the photo from your ID.
