This training is in response to the new Head Start Performance Standards issued with the Uniform Guidance revision. The training will address the fiscal management for the new law and how to reduce fiscal risk. As Head Start is under federal reviews, the training will ensure that reviews will result in zero findings or misappropriations.

This training is aligned with the award from the Department for Children and Families – Head Start Grant. The district is bound by the Notice of Award regulations and this training will address those regulations. This training will ensure that the most noted topics under review: compensation, Cost Principals, Facilities & Property, Financial Management Systems, Reporting and Procurement Procedures are in line with the Federal Requirements.
