Any eligible administrator may participate in an early retirement program under the terms and conditions approved by the board and included in the Administrative Policy and Procedures handbook. Early retirement is entirely voluntary and at the discretion of the eligible employee. 

Termination of Early Retirement Plan 

The board may terminate the early retirement plan at any time upon proper action of the board. If the early retirement plan is terminated by the board, all administrators participating in the retirement plan at that time will continue in the plan under the terms and conditions set forth therein until the administrator's eligibility expires.
