District Office Guidelines

Conference Room Scheduling

  • Please schedule at least 48 hours in advance 
  • Please contact Claudia Martinez via email; martinez.claudia@usd443.org 
  • Information needed when booking: contact information, name (purpose) of meeting, approximate number of guests, room setup, technology needed, any other specifications you might have. 
  • Large rooms available to schedule: 1st floor - 159 and 160; 2nd floor - 284, 285, 286.
  • Small conference rooms:  1st floor - 117; 2nd floor - 226
  • Department Conference rooms: (These are small rooms and you must contact the department if you would like to use them) 
    • 105 - Academic & Administrative Supports 
    • 216 - Student & Family Engagement
    • 266 - SKACD  613
    • 280 - HR

 

Civic Center Schedule

Please contact Karen Carmona carmona.karen@usd443.org to schedule the Civic Center

  • Please schedule 48 hours in advance 
  • All communication needs to be done thru Karen 
    • Times
    • Set up 
    • Changes

 

Mail
The District office has a mail machine located inside the print shop room.

  • Please have outgoing mail at the mail machine location by 2:30 p.m.
  • Gregorio (Greg) Navarrete, our Courier, comes to pick up/drop off mail in the morning at around 9:20 a.m and back at around 2:15 p.m.

 

Phone

  • When making a phone call please make sure you leave name, and number when you leave a message
  • Have your voicemail set up (for questions contact Niki Thomas thomas.niki@usd443.org)
